01.01.2022 An important call out from Roz and Kev below . Please help if you can by clicking and donating on the following link: https://cedar-creek-wombat.giveeasy.org/urgent-help-required I’m not sure if we are going to make it.... (gulp) At the beginning of this week, we set a goal to reach by midnight tonight. It may have been ambitious but it was something that we had our hearts set on as things at the moment are desperate due to the drought.... As you have seen, due to the drought, our wombats are starving. Quite literally and it pains us so much that the very wombats that we have rehabilitated and set free are coming back to us for food. That’s right, they are finding THEIR OWN way back to us to survive. We really need to hit our goal and perhaps beyond to guarantee we have the funds to feed and look after (some of them are in a very bad way) all of the wombats that come back to us because of the drought. Precious wombats such as Mary and Mr Magoo are counting on us... We’re still a few thousand dollars off our target and are asking you today to help us get over the line. We would be so every grateful and it would mean the world to us and our wombats. It’s crisis time. It’s as bad as it gets and I promise, this will be our final call for help. We have 14 hours to go to reach our goal.... Just $5 from each and every one of you would get us there. It’s Friday, the end of the week a good time for many but for us it’s crunch time. Please share this post like crazy. I’m crossing my fingers we get there. We just have to. Please donate here: https://cedar-creek-wombat.giveeasy.org/urgent-help-required
