24.01.2022 Hi all, As you may be aware, greater Sydney will go into lockdown from 6pm on Saturday 26th June until midnight 9th July. At this stage, the clinic will only be open for essential healthcare. Remedial massage will not be offered until after 10th July or as advised by NSW health. Chiropractic services are still available. We consider healthcare an essential service. We are encouraging all appointments be postponed until after lockdown. However, we will not turn away anybody w...ith an emergency situation or in a significant amount of pain. The clinic will be spacing appointments so that there is no contact with other non-related individuals. Our usual hygiene standards will be upheld. The clinic is equipped to deliver telehealth services if needed. Please call to make any telehealth appointments. Mel

21.01.2022 We hope everybody is going ok. As you may know, the current situation is that the lockdown has been extended until the 16th July. As mentioned previously, healthcare is an essential service. We have rescheduled all non urgent appointments until after lockdown. However, we are still available for anybody with an emergency situation or in pain. Appointments are available in person or via telehealth. The association has advised that remedial massage can also go ahead if there a...re circumstances where lack of care affects a person’s health. So we can offer remedial massage to those who need it. 10.01.2022 Hello all, We know that this lockdown is not an ideal situation for anybody but we hope that everybody is staying well. To protect our staff, patients and their families at this time, we ask that anyone who attended the protest rally in Sydney not come into the clinic for the next 2 weeks. The current public health order is for those who attended to be tested for Covid-19 and isolate.... We thank you for your cooperation.

02.01.2022 We are thrilled to welcome Cathy Moylan back to the team! Cathy had an accident a couple of years ago and she’s done a lot of tough rehab work to come back. Her return means that remedial massage services are available 6 days a week!!!... Appointments with Cathy are available on Tuesday and Friday. Dino is still available on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

01.01.2022 None of us wants to be in this situation. We want to reiterate their government’s plea for people to be vaccinated against Covid-19. Both Mel (Chiropractor) and Dino (Remedial Massage Therapist) are fully vaccinated. Questions you may have about the suitability of each vaccine for you is probably best directed towards your GP. However, Mel’s first degree was Medical Science with a major in molecular biology and biochemistry. If you have questions about how vaccines are developed and how they work then she is more than happy to chat.

01.01.2022 We haven’t posted in a while... it’s because it’s been busy in here. Yes we are open and have been mostly fully booked for the last 7 weeks. We are still taking all covid precautions including extensive cleaning of the clinic between patients. This results in a few less appointments being available. Please be patient with us at this time!
