23.01.2022 Try my Super Green kale and brussel sprout salad this weekend!! Bunch of kale chopped finely 8-10 brussel sprouts sliced finely Half a red onion or red cabbage sliced finely... Mix together with 2 tsp of olive oil or coconut oil and really get your hands into it otherwise the kale stays dry and chewy. Dressing: Squeeze of lemon juice Cracked pepper 1 tbsp. seeded mustard Dress the salad and it's ready to serve!

Blanched/steamed broccoli (keep it nice and crunchy) Finely sliced red cabbage Cherry tomatoes... Sliced cucumber Add some balsamic vinegar, pepper, lemon juice and a dash of olive oil and voila!
