23.01.2022 For our clients who have NBN and SIP trunks through Absolute Phone & Data, we will be closed from 20.12.19 through to 6.1.20. If you experience NBN issues you can contact More Telecom directly on 1800 733 368 and report fault. Hours are 8.30 - 7pm Mon to Fri AEST If non urgent you can leave a message with Absolute Phone & Data and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

20.01.2022 24.3.2020 Currently being reported SIP/VolP issues with the carrier. If you are experiencing one way audio then it is possible you are in an affected area, appears to be related to incoming moblie calls. Carrier is aware of issue and are currently working to get this resolved.

17.01.2022 Well hasn't this year raced by! We will be closing from 20.12.19 and will re-open 6.1.20. No porting applications will be accepted after 13.12.19 and no porting appointments will be issued until 6.1.20.
