Melbourne has been released from lockdown so lets get those entries in and ponies prepped We are so excited to have all of our Melbourne-based friends and supporters join us for this brand new event. Make sure you get your entries sent off ASAP because we are capped at 10 competitors per class.

25.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT Our stable bookings are completely full for horses over 14hh . We are sad to say that no more applications can be accepted. We have not yet processed entries received yesterday and will be sending confirmation that we can fit you in ASAP. ... If you have payments outstanding, you need to complete your transfers by 2pm today or we cannot hold your stable. We still have limited space for littlies but its getting REALLY tight. 19.01.2022 We understand that Dan Andrews has reduced some restrictions today BUT we are still required to meet strict criteria in order to run this show. The most important of these requirements are to reduce the number of people at the event, ensure that each person practices COVID-safe behaviour and to have a record of every person who attends. With that said, we cannot permit spectators, you MUST pre-register your essential helper and you both MUST sign a COVID Declaration. If you ...are not on our list and haven't signed a Declaration, unfortunately you will not be permitted to enter the competition arena. NO EXCEPTIONS! We are over loaded with entries and support which we are truly greatful, we have no stables left and parking is going to be super tight. We have stopped entries for a reason which is for the safety of people and competitors. There is No late entries nor is there entries on the day. So if your sitting on your hands thinking do I or don't I enter, then don't think to much longer or you will miss out. Anyone emailing in entries please make sure you have them in mail Monday or express them to us, we all know how slow the mail can be. The ABSS Spring Carnival Horse Show is planned for Saturday 27th Nov - 3 x Ridden Open, Including OTT. Topsy / Novice Ring & Owner Rider plus our ABSS Foal & Youngstock will also have their rings held on the same day. Our Fashions on the Field will be at 6pm then onto our Saddle Twilight Jubilee in the evening.... Sunday 28th Nov - Open Led, Open Coloured, Breeds Including HERO & Harness Monday 29th Nov - 2 x Double Point HRCAV Rings We want to get back to showing as much as you all do. In order to do so the ABSS is seeking public help in Sponsorship support to be able to run and offer such amazing awards to you all. We understand times are tough for us all and we appreciate every little help we can get. We have loads of Champion & Reserve's available $35 for Open & Breeds. Flower Garlands & Sash $60 of welcome to donate garland. We also have limited packages available for our major awards $300 which includes Flower Garlands, Rugs, Sashes.
