25.01.2022 Teemburra Dam produced some big fish tonight for the Lowrance sponsored round of the 2020 Zerek Australia BARRA Series! Check out tonight's Big BARRA - a 32.66kg giant (measuring 1.26m) caught by Ben Williams for Team TBC!!



24.01.2022 Congratulations to Craig Griffiths and Karim De Ridder for Team Humminbird/Edge Rods who have taken out the Wilson Fishing Kinchant Dam Round of the 2020 Zerek Australia BARRA Series with a 5/5 limit for 59.14kg. Ben von Pein from Team Western Adventurers landed the event's Big Barra with five minutes left on the clock a 13.63Kg fish that measured in at 103cm. 23.01.2022 Tonight kicks off the final round of the 2020 Zerek Australia BARRA Series - this event will determine the 2020 Team of the Year. The Samaki sponsored round at Peter Faust Dam is run over two nights with anglers chasing their best five BARRA each night for a 10/10 bag at the end of the round. Each session runs from 4pm till midnight. Phone service is limited at the Lake so results and photos will be uploaded in the early hours of the morning when anglers return to Camp Kanga.... 21.01.2022 It came down to father versus son for the All Night Championship Round at Peter Faust Dam for the 2020 Zerek Australia BARRA Series. With less than 500grams between the top two teams for the win, Team Garmin Marine (Matthew Mott and Tom Griffiths) took out the event with a 5 barra limit for 69.20kg. In second place is Team Western Adventures (Dylan Mott and Ben Von Pein) who caught a 5 barra limit for 68.73kg. Giving father the victory over son this time around. ... 17.01.2022 The Humminbird Australia & New Zealand BASS Electric Australian Open is the next event ABT has its sights on! Held at Wyaralong Dam on the weekend of the 17/18 of October, this event is another one of ABT's 100% payback tournaments thanks our naming sponsor - Humminbird Australia. Last year saw 5 bass limits come out of the lake for over 8kg. Can we set a new record this year?!... Entries are still open. 16.01.2022 Tonight it's the All-Night Championship Round at Peter Faust Dam - the fourth round of the 2020 Zerek BARRA Series. 29 teams will take to the water at 4pm for the marathon 16-hour session to land their five biggest barra. Teams are allowed to key-tag in and out throughout the session if they want to get off the water for a few hours sleep. The session finishes at 8am on Monday the 30th of November. ... As there is is very limited service on the lake, catches will be logged when anglers get back into phone service range and scoreboard will be updated in the morning, available on the ABT website. A big night on Peter Faust Dam for all teams tonight!

15.01.2022 One of the best ABT rounds at Teemburra Dam in recent years - 22/27 teams landed fish on the scoreboard with over 70kg worth of BARRA needed to take out the event. Congratulations to Dylan and Ben from Team BMENQ/Humminbird/Jackall for getting the job done and taking out the round with a 5/5 BARRA limit for 75.85kg.

13.01.2022 **2021 Season Update** So...we are one day into the 2021 ABT Season and we already have to delay things thanks to COVID . Due to the current greater Sydney/Victoria/Queensland border restrictions we are going to delay releasing the entry forms for the 2021 season (we had previously announced we were releasing these today).... We are hopeful ( ) that the current restrictions will lift in the next few weeks and allow us to proceed with our planned February events in Victoria. Team TBC (Peter Laine and Ben Williams) have taken an early lead with a 5 BARRA limit for 68.49kg. This gives them a 10kg head start tomorrow on Team Mother & Son (Paul Aldos and Ricky Doyle) who are currently in second place with a 58.94kg limit. Dean Jackson currently holds the round’s Big Barra landing a... 22.33kg (116cm) BARRA this evening. 05.01.2022 2020 Humminbird BASS Electric Australian Open Update: Advice released from SEQ water late this afternoon (we learnt during the event briefing) is that Wyaralong Dam is closed to on-water activity due to Queensland Fire and Emergency Service firefighting aircraft using the dam for ongoing bushfire suppression. As a result, this event has been cancelled for this weekend with a view to postponing to a later date. ... Anglers competing this weekend are able to receive a full refund on entries. Please make contact with ABT to arrange. We were really looking forward to this weekend and are disappointed. 04.01.2022 It was one of the best results ABT has seen in recent years at Teemburra Dam for the Lowrance sponsored round of the 2020 Zerek Australia BARRA Series. 22/27 teams made it to the score board this evening. Team BMENQ/Humminbird/Jackall take home the champion's trophy with a five barra limit for 75.87kg. Their limit included a 22kg BARRA with the smallest weighing in at 10kg - you can see their bag breakdown on the official scoreboard on the website. Second place went to te...am SC Marine Electrical Doctor who earned themselves some valuable points this round towards their Team of the Year rankings. They finished with a five barra limit for 62.79kg. There were plenty of 1m+ BARRA caught during tonight's session but standing out at the top of the BIG BARRA table are Ben Williams for Team TBC who landed the event's official biggest barra weighing in at 32.66kg and measuring in at 126cm and Taigan Heath for Team Bream W#nkaz who landed a BARRA that weighed in at 31.44kg and measured in at 125cm.
