15.01.2022 Rising damp is a real problem for many dwellings. Some causes of rising damp can be poor drainage, low lying area, broken water pipes low ventilation or high humidity area. Allot of areas in the Hunter are susceptible to allot of these issues. This can cause an issue called Efflorescence which can cause masonry degradation which can make your brick work or concrete fall apart and cause concrete cancer.
