15.01.2022 Tried a new recipe for spinach and mushroom vegan quiche last night. It is something I have been missing and it was delicious and went well with roast vegetables and salad

15.01.2022 Forgot to add that for the chick peas, I use canned ones and after soaking the liquid out, roll them in flour and salt and pepper (whatever spices you like, chilli is good too!). Then either saute them until brown in a fry pan with a little oil or spray with oil and put in oven to bake until brown and crispy.
