Today we would like to celebrate the achievements of one of our very own employees Michaela. From student to trainee to full-time employee and a much loved part of our Acacia family, we are so grateful to be able to share her story with you... "Administration work has always been a high passion and interest of mine and when I saw Acacia Education & Training offering the Certificate III Business Administration course back in 2017, when I was a jobseeker, I had to jump straight at the opportunity to gain my knowledge as a stepping stone to get my foot in the door. As a student of the class, it was such a great environment to be around and I couldnt have asked for a better trainer than Lana Wheeler. I didnt complete the course as a student because I was actually offered a traineeship with Acacia at head office after about a month into the course! From a jobseeker who had only ever held one job, which was a casual in a cafe, it has moulded me into such a more positive and confident person.
