21.01.2022 What an amazing night xxx

21.01.2022 Julia Smith works with sound, colour, and light. She open portals and is bringing in new frequencies, she facilitates energetic healing, clearing the collective conscious, and recoding the waters of the planet. She is also involved with land activation. She spoke about where we are at, and how we need to hold the energy and live it daily. Cleaning our timeline and soul, call in the golden energy. The session ended with a beautiful meditation.

13.01.2022 Monday evening the 23rd November we joined Paulien for a beautiful sound bath. She played and created beautiful sounds using her different set of instruments: Alchemy Crystal bowl Sage Forest Gold bowl, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gong, Overtone Tube Chimes, Kalimba, Shaman Drum and Light Language. Participants reported that they felt like they floated away into different realms. The frequencies created supported our bodies with innate healing intelligence taking us into a state of peace and well-being. This was a wonderful experience.

12.01.2022 Monday evening the 9th Nov we had a very interesting session with Valerie Barrows sharing some wonderful information. Some of our AOL members and attendees joined us back in person at our Mosman venue, while also joining the rest of the attendees via our Zoom session. Valerie talked about her books and her experience and how this all leads us to significant changes in energy and frequencies occurring at the moment. Valerie spoke about the Tesla energy she is working with at the moment. Valerie then channeled Cosmic Sai Baba and opened the floor for questions. It was a beautiful evening.
