06.01.2022 Lions new food van, Designed, printed and applied by Academy Printing

06.01.2022 Last Friday Jeff and Winnie Fields, the incredible duo from Academy Printing, came to Toogoolawah and installed the first 14 of our new cultural heritage signs ...on key buildings and historical sites. They had help and advice from the building owners, Museum volunteers and Cr Helen Brieschke and are part of an expanded tourism project being conducted by the Toogoolawah & District History Group through its History Museum situated in the old railway station. You can collect the new highlighted walking maps of the town from the Museum and other sites around the town then you can check out the signs for yourself. This will give you the opportunity to frop into one of the cafes and hotels for refreshment along the way. Most of the buildings are well over 100 years old and have helped the town to maintain its lovely colonial streetscape. There has been such strong support from business and community groups that together with sponsorship from Bendigo Bank, stage 3 of this project will be completed by Christmas. See more
