22.01.2022 Our Culinary and Hospitality students showed off their skills at our ACAE Street Food Buffet, hosted from 6 - 7 April. The food was delicious! Special thanks to our generous sponsors, Cut-it-Out and Springer Foods, as well as Cellarbrations @ Charlies for donating the raffle prizes.

16.01.2022 Yesterday was a busy day here at ACAE. Chef Cat took her students out for a tour with Richgro where our organic matter from the kitchens gets turned into potting mix. Chef Paul's class sat back and enjoyed former Cert IV Cookery student Justine, demonstrating a traditional Philippine breakfast dish, Champorado, to our Term 4 cookery students. Term 4 students are preparing their own ethnic breakfast dishes for buffet guests next week.... Our new trainer Chef Kiran also produced some delicious Petit Fours, chocolate nougat, raspberry pate and much more! Let's see what today has in store!!!

15.01.2022 Wishing everyone a happy and peaceful Easter.

13.01.2022 When Vignes decided to follow his dream to become a chef in Australia he left behind 17 years of experience working as an Engineer and a life of business travel. Vignes was passionate about becoming a chef and sharing his love of food with the world so he and his wife embarked on the journey from Malaysia to Perth with their three young daughters. If you would like to have a career as a cook or chef ACAE will provide all the skills you require. Their qualified chefs are pa...ssionate about sharing their knowledge and no question you have will be left unanswered. While a move to Perth may seem daunting, my family have fallen in love with the city. People in Perth are very friendly, the schools are good and the quiet city lifestyle is great for raising a family. After three years Perth is my home and I can’t imagine living anywhere else.
