07.01.2022 It depends. How’s that for an answer. Let’s unpack this concept from understanding hydration, how the body uses water and why you need to keep replenishing it. The amount of water lost from respiration (breathing) are exactly balanced (in healthy people) by the amounts of food and drink we consume at rest. About 60% of our daily water intake is obtained from fluid drinks, 30% from solid foods and a further 10% is produced within cells, from breakdown of carbohydrates during respiration.

"I’m worried I’ll get bulky if I lift weights I don’t want to look manly I’m worried I’ll hurt myself if I lift heavy weights In reality, these concerns are actually false. It is very difficult for a female to get a bulky muscular look. This is because women simply do not have the same levels of hormones as men do, so it is very difficult to build substantial muscle size. The women that do look bulky are usually female bodybuilders who are usually TRYING to look this way, and do so with strictly regimented training, exercise and supplement use.
