02.01.2022 This weeks cocktail... Who doesn't love some whiskey to warm up. Whisky sour: A timeless classic. If you’re too manly for garnish, hold the cherries and make it a double shot of whisky. Ingredients: 60ml whisky... 30ml lemon juice 25ml simple syrup 1 x egg white Maraschino cherries to garnish Ice Method: 1) Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake. 2) Add ice to the shaker and wet shake. 3) Fill a short glass with ice, and strain the cocktail into glass. 4) Garnish with cherries as desired.
