This may result in a fuel leak and in the presence of an ignition source could cause a fire. If the wrong screws are used to install the doorbell to the mounting bracket, the screws can damage the lithium battery. 01.01.2022 Suffocation risk The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) have issued a safety alert for Laerdal Pty Ltd Laerdal Compact Suction Unit (LCSU) 4. The pump of the affected units may malfunction resulting in low suction levels or failure to provide suction. Delay in suctioning secretions, blood or vomit blocking the airways can lead to suffocation if an alternative suction or ventilation method is not administered by the user.
