04.01.2022 Having been involved in Sport for the past 36years, with the past 18years coaching I am offering my knowledge and expertise to help others through coaching, coach education, athlete mentoring and other support services. I coach predominately in athletics (taking 3 junior athletes through to International representation), but have also worked with and alongside Olympic representatives (Athletics and Hockey), Professional Rugby League and Union Players, Boxers, Australian Footballers, Netballers and Soccer Players. Working with athletes and coaches on High Performance, components of fitness, Strength and Conditioning and overall athlete wellbeing management.
