21.01.2022 We are so excited to announce our annual end of year concert - EUPHORIA!! TICKETS GO ON SALE THIS THURSDAY, THE 5TH OF NOVEMEBER AT 10AM!! This year is slightly different due to COVID, instead of having one concert.....we've decided to have two shorter shows!! Get in quick as there is limited seating to both shows!!... **Please check to see which show or shows you would like to watch as they are slightly different (ie our younger students are only in the first show) **

18.01.2022 HUGE NEWS FOR ALL READY SET DANCE FANS You can now watch us every morning at 10am on 10 Peach. Now all of our little dancers can watch the kid crew perform their favourite songs. Who will be tuning in?

18.01.2022 As per the PMs update, we have calculated our class sizes in comparison to the square mtrs and we are so happy to say that we still comply, therefore class will still be continuing as normal. We ask that everybody could adhere to the following precautions:. -Could parents, friends and family please Drop and Go... -Classes will be closely monitored with social distancing in mind. -As per normal we will be CLEAN CLEAN CLEANING!!!!! We respect and support any familys decision to keep your child at home. Whilst this is a scary trying time we are trying to maintain a sense of normality and fun for our beautiful Accent family!!

18.01.2022 ACCENT-EXTENDED TERM BREAK To our Dear Accent Families, Firstly, we would like to thank the unwavering support in these unprecedented times. It has been so heartwarming that you all embraced our changes during the past few weeks.... We have been following closely the Prime Ministers address. There are some grey areas relating to dance schools, in light of recent recommendations from the Federal Government regarding COVID-19, non-essential gatherings and indoor sports, we have had to make some tough, very sad but necessary decisions about Accent. These decisions have been made with a heavy heart but we need to follow the guidelines of the government. Details of changes: TERM BREAK: We will be finishing the current term for ALL STUDENTS immediately. We will be working to reschedule the missed classes at certain points throughout the year. Please be patient with us as we regroup and work on things, we will be sending out more information soon. At this stage, we will not be doing online classes but as we try and navigate our way through this time we will be trying to send out some things for the kids to work on or some fun things for them to do. We thank you for your understanding and patience with these challenges. We send all our best wishes to all of our community and families during this difficult time and please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We will continue to update you with any changes or alterations to our year based on the guidance from our government and department of education. 06.01.2022 We are proud to announce that this group of dedicated young people have recently completed their Level 1 Certificate in the Dance Step Program! Accent on Dance offers this program to supplement the classes we offer and give our older students a chance to develop leadership skills, as well as an opportunity to mentor younger students. These girls work tirelessly throughout the week, teaching younger students as well as attending their own classes. We are sure you will all agr...ee that they did a fabulous job of helping out at recent troupe competitions and we are immensely proud of the progress they’ve shown this year. They have just begun level 2 in the program, in which we will be covering anatomy, leadership skills and dance terminology. Well done girls, our studio wouldn’t be the same without you!
