25.01.2022 Did you know that dehydration doesnt only affect your performance, but increases your risk of injury as well? Just a 2% decrease in your body weight due to dehydration will have an impact. In our current hot weather, its important to make sure that you keep yourself well hydrated. If you sweat a lot, then consider adding an electrolyte drink into the mix. Also, try to minimise your risk of overheating by avoiding the heat of the day, wearing light clothing, or retreating into an airconditioned gym. Stay safe, guys!
