25.01.2022 30 DAY NOVEMBER CHALLENGE!!! STARTS TUESDAY!!! THE RULES 1. Drink minimum water consumption for your body weight 2. Eat good fats and protein every morning for breakfast ... 3. Eat more vegetables 4. Exercise 6 days per week minimum of 15 mins each day, 3 days per week must be High Intensity 30-45 min sessions either in my group training sessions, a run or other training session. OPTIONAL EXTRAS 1. Cut out Sugar 2. Avoid soft drinks (even diet ones) 3. Avoid processed foods 4. Limit alcohol try for 4 alcohol free nights per week Every week you must email a log (I will send you the template) outlining how you complied with the top 4 rules - failure to do so and you will be eliminated! To sign up for the challenge comment below and include your email address and I will send you further details including workouts you can do at home for your 15 mins and some breakfast ideas to help with rule number 2!! 18.01.2022 I have a love/hate relationship with winter..the things I love. cold mornings in a warm bed, red wine, food, food and more food.these are the same things I hate about winterthe things that make it harder to get out of bed and exercise - and for me, I don't eat as well as I could and I struggle to drink enough water.pushing through these winter months is really important - exercise and eating well makes us feel so much better and as an added bonus at the other end of wint...er when the beautiful Perth sun is shining and it's time to get out there we feel great about ourselves and ready for an active fun filled summer. Exercise buddies are a great way to stay motivated .big shout out to my running buddy - who without you, today I may not have got out of my warm bed at 5:30 this morning xx If you cannot bear the thought of training outside in these cold mornings our training sessions are held indoors and you won't stay cold for long :P

14.01.2022 I am back after a wonderful week relaxing, eating and drinking down south! I am super excited and very ready for our 12 week challenge to start on Monday! Thank you to those who have registered - you will receive your welcome and week 1 information on Sunday evening - starting Monday we will book in weigh-ins and do our first fitness tests. If anyone else is interested in joining please let me know. Registration closes Sunday at 10am. xx

04.01.2022 12 WEEK CHALLENGE!! 18 July 2016 - 7 October 2016 $50 entry - includes... - Individual goal setting - Food diary - Weekly body composition checks (inc measurements, weight, body fat percentage and lean muscle mass) - Health and fitness testing (group) - every 4 weeks - Weekly nutrition, exercise and lifestyles guidelines and tips to encourage a lifetime of healthy habits. - End of Challenge celebration - Prizes for; 1. Person who attends most sessions (group or PT sessions) 2. Loses largest % of body weight 3. Person who gains largest amount of lean muscle Example of guidelines for the challenge 1. Aim to attend at least 3 training sessions per week 2. Aim for 5 alcohol free days a week 3. 1 cheat meal per week (not a whole day :)) You will receive an email outlining all guidelines and information.
