Send them a message and wish they are all well as we do not know what is going to happen in few weeks time. In this uncertain time, We need to realise that we don’t own future and past, all we have is present ...moment. You may find you have more time to be on your own, use this time to meditate inner peace, self-love and self-care. Fill up your own cup then you can help others. Give a call or send a message to someone who suffers anxiety or depression as this time they need more caring. Higher vibrational frequency always consumes lower negative vibration, every time you feel anxious about virus, remember you are not your thought you have power to control yourself not to get affected by your thought. Be aware of it then you will be able to replace the negative thought with higher energy. keep healthy and remain calm, believe we will see each other and hug each other soon.
