25.01.2022 We are Now the distributor in Newcastle/Hunter Valley for DPL/ AQUA CREEK POOL HOISTS which can manouver standard pools as well as raised Jaccuzi"s with a variety of base plate extensions to retro fit to your existing pool as well as having a model which can actually lift a wheelchair and user and the chair into a pool, be it a raised deck or slab on the ground we can prescribe an outcome that gives you more independance and freedom to have fun with your friends!

18.01.2022 Due to the NSW STATE GOVERNMENTS live announcement on the two people maximum rule in a public place we have decided as of now to close our business for AT LEAST this week until we see how bad community infection of Covid 19 actually is!! Because your own home is the only safe place where you can isolate from the community it would be negligent on our behalf to send staff into your home , even with precautions and we would be putting our staff in unnecessary risk!! We will continue to provide emergency services such as plumbing issues , electrical faults or outages and all necessary precautions will be taken! Trusting you will all understand due to the nature of our business having to work in vulnerable peoples homes that this is the appropriate decision at this time! Take care Folks and be sensible!!

14.01.2022 Another NDIS job completed in the Hunter Valley! Can i just say thankyou for all the support we have had in the last two years from all of our O/T friends, Lac,s,and Coordinators involved with NDIS , Aged Care , ICARE , DVA, ICARE Dust and Disease,Third party green slip providers,Workers Comp Insurers, and MOST IMPORTANTLY , ALL OF THEIR PARTICIPANTS! We have gone from struggling to crack the market, to being basically being fully booked out next year and handing back approved work due to not having the capacity to complete it in a reasonable time frame meeting participants needs! We are in the process of growing the business and will, let you all know availability for new referrals , once we have the capacity to take them!For minor mods , we may have availability, but it will be on a case by case basis !

13.01.2022 Disabled Access done right! Signed off on this one today , clients very happy and looks the goods, Vanity is still a vanity and has full wheel chair access 860mm high top with 750mm leg clearance underneath, Fully approved by NDIS, O/Ts if you dont ask you wont get! Well done O/T MP

13.01.2022 Strange week , this week. I quoted a ramp off the plans for an NDIS job, we didnt do the builder joint visit and were not involved in the design. Turned up Monday morning with our crew to do the set out and turns out the ramp specified was two meters shorter than what was required to meet AS 1428 standards and to extend it meant it would have blocked the driveway! It wasnt rocket science the home was on a quarter acre block ! Anyway , left the boys to it and here is the result as of lunch time today! Job done and one very happy client! The lawn mower guy turned up at lunchtime to mow the lawn and was not very friendly, turns out according to the participant it was his employer that did the joint visit and quoted the ramp! Fun and games (:

13.01.2022 Another recently finished ramp with wheelchair accessible fully automated aluminium sliding door and disabled sill! Key Ring remote control operated with external lights wired into the unit , so when the door opens ,the lights come on ,and not having to worry about sensor lights not working properly! Plus, if the power goes off grid , the closer has a built in battery system so in the event of a fire , the user can still exit the home safely!

11.01.2022 All Allied Health Professionals have been advised as of 07/08/2020 by the NSW head medical adviser if you live in a LGA such as Newcastle ,and you and your staff provide services to the disabled and aged care sector such as NDIS and Age Care Package Holders in there homes ,You ,your staff and all subcontractors MUST wear a mask! So if we turn up on your doorstep wearing them , it doesnt mean we are sick , its just to protect us all from an event like Victoria and i am surprised it took this long for common sense to prevail!

09.01.2022 Something different for our guys for a change , NDIS Ramp in a fire zone and note the non compliant one underneath, how the family got there boy up this is not pretty! There are modular systems out there , but this one is locked in and will stand the test of time!

05.01.2022 To all our Suppliers,Providers,Colleague,s and Clientele, we are closed down for Annual Leave as of Wed 23/12/2020 and will be returning to work starting Monday the 18th of January 2020. We are having a longer period off than usual but my staff need a well earned break as we have had no leave all year! Please keep in mind our books are shut for Major Mods until at least June Next year due to the amount of approved works we already have! We will be quoting minor mods, but will be on a case by case basis. Thankyou for all your support , and have a safe and merry xmas , looking forward to working with you all in 2021.
