01.01.2022 The Government has now published the legislation governing the new subclass 491 visa which replaces the Skilled Regional (Provisional) Subclass 489 visa. Also, the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme Subclass 187 has been abolished and replaced by subclass 494 visa. Ask us whether these changes impacts you or whether you now qualify to apply for the new visas.
