21.01.2022 Still working towards making it easier for kids to learn and do well at school. It is a major focus. Not only kids, though, Access Learning Assessment has also screened some adults for Scotopic Sensitivity. Anyone can suffer from this and if you avoid reading, get frequent headaches or even nausea when reading for any length of time - maybe a screening test would give you some relief. 13.01.2022 Heading out Tuesday to test a young man for Scotopic Sensitivity. If your child has been diagnosed with Dyslexia or has difficulty with reading or avoids it often - a quick, easy screening will ascertain whether tinted lenses would help, or even make all the difference!

12.01.2022 Saw three young people this week and all reported distortions and movement in black text on white pages. Scotopic sensitivity is more common than you might think. Don't put up with poor reading and difficulty at school, if you or someone you know struggles to read - screening can be done quickly and easily and help found.

07.01.2022 Still here working with kids. Have had a few with tinted lenses doing so much better at reading and school work.

06.01.2022 During a 15-month period, I evaluated 460 patients, including both adults and children. Using questions that would uncover problems related to light sensitivity and reading difficulties, I found 122 patients. Many were treated with (Irlen) tinted lenses and were enthusiastic about their improvement. For these patients, Irlen Syndrome is an authentic diagnosis. Robert Dobrin, M.D., F.A.A.P.
