05.01.2022 Acclaim Holiday Parks recently gathered all female managers in Perth for two days fun filled Workshops. The first day was designed to assist with establishing relationships, as most of our management teams have never had the opportunity to meet, this was a great time for managers to put a face to a voice in a less formal environment and to carry out some different role play scenarios, to assist them with day to day situations they will encounter in their parks. It also gave u...s time to share knowledge and different ways we can improve our customers experience from the initial contact and during the time you come to stay with us. Day two saw us starting the day for an early breakfast at the CIAWA premises in Cannington and included presentations by "Rachel Green" a specialist in "Emotional Intelligence" and "Meg Coffey" provided information on Facebook, Instagram and other social media. Michael Collins (Business Improvement Manager) from Caravan Industry Western Australia and gave an insight into the current state of the industry and future trends. Our Managing Director came to spend time with us in the afternoon and also awarded the Parks and Managers with the annual Customer Service Awards. Acclaim Prospector Holiday Park and Acclaim Gateway Tourist Park - Norseman won the Park Customer Service Award. Pete and Jeanette our managers from Acclaim Rose Gardens Beachside Holiday Park won "Staff Award for Excellency in Customer Service" for the 3rd year running. Congratulations to all the staffs and Parks that have been awards for their Customer Service Award.
