Commonly known as The Secret Gilis are: Gili Sudak, Gili Kedis, Gili Nanguu is a small cluster of islands is approximately a 1.5 drive to Lembar Harbour from Kuta town, The Gili Islands are increasingly becoming one of Indonesias favourite hotspots. Gili meaning "small island creates Lomboks coastline of many islands. ... The three main islands are Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Gili Meno. However, the secret is out and the Southern Gilis are building a reputation of being hot on the heels of their competitors, Gili T, Air and Meno. The islands offer an amazing collection of sea life and underwater wonder of coral, species of fish, and a collection of statues and structures. It is rumoured Kim Kadashian made Gili Kedis famous in the world of insta and the #Bali - yet it is Lombok not Bali! (Those Kadashians) Gili Kedis is a teeny weeny little island, the mere fact you can walk from one side of the islamd to the other in just on one minute total is kinda cute O and did I mention it has two swings. The secret Gilis is the perfect exposure to island life, and an accessible day trip from Kuta, whereas visiting the main Gili Islands are further in distance and not really achievable in a day trip. 08.01.2022 This is one of my fave scooter rides through the villages and checking out the beaches and surf along the way. Mawun and Mawi to name a few hot stops. The roads are winding and wide, perfect to feel the warmth on your face and the breeze in your hair. Where the mountain tops reach the sky and the vegetation is lush, green and incredibly dense.
