25.01.2022 Even buildings under construction can be subject to fires. BCA Clause E1.9 requires building under construction to have fire hydrants and hose reels (where required) to be installed and be operational after the building reaches an effective height of 12m.

BCA / Fire Safety Reports can be prepared for proposed plans prior to submission to Council so that the client can be assured of BCA compliance prior to Council assessment.
