25.01.2022 Melbourne Museum and the Old Exhibition Building. Iconic locations to have a wedding ceremony.

25.01.2022 Effie and Daniel had their ceremony at St Ignatius church in Richmond with photos thereafter on the grounds. They loved our 57 Chevs and just wanted to listen to the sweet sound of the V8 engines. We headed off to the Brighton bathing boxes for some pics and then dropped them off at the Brighton International Reception Centre. If you would like an unforgettable experience in a 1957 Chevy, then contact us or go to www.acecarhire.com.au

12.01.2022 We married Erin and Michael at St Ignatius in Richmond then they celebrated at Sails by the Bay in Elwood. A great fun couple and Bridal Party. The toilet stop prior to the ceromony was interesting but we will save that story for another day. Look us up at www.acecarhire.com.au and allow us to make your speacial function memorable.

11.01.2022 Thank you Jenny from Canberra for contacting Ace Car Hire to be part of your daughter Zara's Wedding with your new son in law Daniel. It was a great day and the weather picture perfect for such an occasion of the marriage of two beautiful people. We can see why you chose our 1959 Pink Cadillac's as "pink" was the theme for the day. The ceremony and reception taking place at Stones of the Yarra Valley in Coldstream was the perfect backdrop for the Wedding photos.

08.01.2022 Perfect weather for a perfect couple.

04.01.2022 Today we had the pleasure of sharing in the wedding of Bill and Kylie at St Augustine, Keilor Park. It was an interesting but sad day and Kylie held it all together. This young couple have had a bit of bad luck with Bill suffering a stroke recently and currently on medications and undergoing rehab. He gets around by wheel chair and walking stick with a full time carer by his side. The couple chose our Chevs and Bill was looking forward to riding in the back of our classics, b...ut today it wasn't to be. They both were married at the alter with family and friends as witnesses. We had arrived at the point of congratulations from the guests outside the front of the church, at this point everything was going to plan. At this point Bill took a turn and collapsed into his wheelchair and had a seizure. An ambulance was called and it arrived soon after to asses his condition and determined he needed to be in hospital. Bill's ride in a Chevy ended up being a ride in an ambulance to the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Kowing Bill was now in capable hands, Kylie decided to continue on with the day as planned minus the groom. Family photos commenced and we were making progress finally. They say things always happen in threes and we were about to experience strike two. One of the senior ladies waiting to have her photo taken with Kylie collapsed in front of us. Assistance was rendered by all but she was showing signs of just having a stroke. An ambulance was called again and arrived soon after and ended up taking her to the Royal Melbourne Hospital. At this point we are all looking at each other and expecting strike three to occur. We went to Overnewton Castle for photos with no further drama. Until we dropped Kylie and the bridal party off at the reception, there were no further incidents. The Good News is Bill had recovered enough to be able to attend the reception later this evening for a short period. We would like to wish Bill a full recovery, and congratulate Kylie and Bill on their wedding day and hope they have a wonderfull life together. Check out the pics of our Classic Chevys from todays wedding and go to www.acecarhire.com.au to view our other vehicles.
