22.01.2022 The younger Kindy Children loved playing with the rice today whilst the older ones had a little Excursion to see the Critters

22.01.2022 This morning the children watched the small YouTube video The World Caught a Germ, we had lots of discussions around Germs and how things have changed to make sure we stop the Worlds Germ Spreading! The children wanted to make people smile and we spoke about the different things that make them smile, some examples were unicorns, rainbows, hearts, flowers, my family. We decided to do a rainbow walk to make people smile as they walk through our Gate! The children worked so hard and we hope it makes you smile!

13.01.2022 Shaving foam play is always a great experience for the children to discover the different textures that change and reform in their hands. This activity builds the children’s fine motor skills, hand and eye coordination skills and colour recognition. Some children enjoyed this activity so much that they sat for most the morning exploring and getting messy!

11.01.2022 When life throws you a Rainy day, play in the puddles! The children had the best time this morning playing in the puddles Now indoors for a nice warm milk and story time!

09.01.2022 As winter is fast approaching we will be focusing on promoting hygiene practices with the children. Today we did a hand washing activity using gloves that had Germs drawn on them and the children had to work hard to wash the Germs off! The children loved this activity. We spoke about the Germs and the ones on our hands that are too hard to see - and how important it is to work hard to wash our hands properly otherwise we can get very sick!!

06.01.2022 The schoolies painted pine cones today. We chose to paint them in Aboriginal Colours and spoke about the meanings of each colour. We also chatted about the upcoming Harmony Week Watch this space to see what we do with our pine cones!!

01.01.2022 OUR VACATION CARE PROGRAM HAS ARRIVED! Our July 2020 Vacation Care Program is here! We have loads of amazing and fun activities planned for our kids this holidays, and we can't wait to see everyone there! This school holidays we will be running our program from Monday the 6th of July - Friday the 17th of July. We will be taking extra health precautions due to Covid-19, and will be ensuring that we have a safe environment for children and staff based on the current governme...nt guidelines. All children and staff will be following safe hygiene practices both on-site and off-site to ensure everyone's safety. PLEASE NOTE: Only children aged 4 and over will be going on excursions. Children aged 3 will not be able to go on the excursions. 01.01.2022 The kindy children have been loving learning more about dinosaurs over the past few weeks - today we spent our morning exploring the yard looking for dinosaur pictures and then sat down with the children and matched the dinosaur picture to the right numbers! The children have also been engaging in a number of different dinosaur activities throughout this time.
