These highly client-centred, unique, personal development sessions work on whatever personal or professional changes you want to make. In the first stages, you are asked lots of questions to uncover and illuminate pertinent issues; some of which may not have been apparent to you! Once the prime causes of any self-limiting beliefs, feelings of being in a lull or rut or not being the person you want to be are identified, then we work on eliminating them. 12.01.2022 Our thoughts pull us forward or hold us back. Have you tuned into your thoughts lately? How many times do you have that same thought over and over and over? Take some slow deep breaths, look straight ahead then look higher than normal. While you hold your gaze on that spot become aware of what's in your peripheral vision. ... Hold that spot and breath slow. Breath in for a count of 4 and out for a count of 6. Repeat 4 times It's like magic. Notice you have stopped that incessant loop of thought. 11.01.2022 This was me going for my goals - Stuck in the mud? I read in lots of books, about those who write down their goals always succeeding! So I wrote out my goals! I have been told that people who create a vision board always succeed. So I had a vision board in my bedroom & in the office... I have heard, many many times, those who take action always succeed! So I took action! So why did I always feel I was stuck in mud. Struggling s-l-o-w-l-y forward V-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y struggling forward and as soon as I stopped my goals started slipping away Then I wondered what's wrong with me. Why can others achieve their goals and I am struggling Yep I grabbed a membership of the "self-beaters" club On the weekend Brian and I did "The Secret of Creating Your Future" Now I understand why I was stuck, in the mud and struggling. I learned the difference between being in CAUSE and being in EFFECT When I am in CAUSE I create RESULTS When I am in EFFECT I look for REASONS. I also learned that CAUSE & EFFECT come about from events that happen to us in our life. These events leave anger, sadness, fear, hurt, or guilt emotions in us, that we add to throughout life. They become limiting decisions that grow into limiting beliefs. These emotions are the mud that drag on us all life long until we resolve them. So this weekend was as much about resolving negative emotions and limiting beliefs as it was about goal setting. It is amazing how light and energetic I felt after resolving the emotions and limiting decisions. And when visualising my 3 & 6-month goals, and my 1 and 3-year goals how much more vivid and clearer the imagery is. There is even a big difference between my Saturday morning selfie and my Sunday afternoon selfie. Who would have believed that I could grow younger over a weekend?

05.01.2022 When do you think or speak or write what you are grateful for? I do mine around 3pm slump time and really feel into feeling grateful. It's a magic way to pull my energy up. Prior to each client I focus on what I am grateful for so my energy and vibration is high. Cos giving my best focus and guidance to a client gives me JOY.... Things we are Grateful for can be simple.A client said she was grateful for the footpath, so she and her dog had somewhere dry to walk. Whats the tiniest, simplest thing you are grateful for? I am keeping the holiday spirit going and pretending I feel the cool of the Atherton Tablelands by rejoicing in a Cacao Elixir. Cacao Elixir opens my heart, stills my mind, and brings my mind, body and spirit back into balance This is my simplified 1 person recipe 1 cup hot water 2 teaspoons of coconut cream 1-2 teaspoons cacao 1drop Cardamon 2 drops Cinnamon 3 drops Wild Orange The cinnamon makes It sweet enough, but if I need extra sweetening I would add a dash of Maple Syrup I use quality essential oils in food because they support my mind, emotions and body in amazing ways.
