25.01.2022 How much do you have to do? Well, that depends on your goals. If you want to reap the health benefits 30 mins of moderate intensity 3 to 5 days per week is great. Many positive effects of exercise are based on a dose-response relationship: The more exercise you do, the more benefits you will see.... TIP: Don’t have much time for structured exercise? No problem! High intensity interval training is amazing! You can do it for 20 mins, 3 days a week and see very similar results to those doing 40 mins of moderate intensity 4 days a week. Think sprint training, skipping and boxing circuits.
