24.01.2022 When you get a quote for ducted air conditioning in your home or office did you know: **Australian Standard 4254 and BCA standard 1.5 calls for a minimum R1.5 insulation rating for ducting? **a minimum of 120 watts per square meter to be conditioned should be used to calculate the minimum size of the air conditioning unit to suit your home? This calculation increases with ceiling heights over 7 foot.... **If your air conditioning isn’t installed by an ARCTIC qualified refrigeration handler the manufacturers warranty will likely be voided? If you’re not asking for these specifications in the quote you should be. 16.01.2022 Things are coming along nicely at the Remington Medi-Hotel. We are now entering the final stages of the mechanical installation and its been a great project to work on. Thank you to the team at Zauner Constructions for the excellent experience and well done to everyone at ACES Orange and Bathurst who contributed to the project. A big thank you also to the team at Grounded Electrical for assisting us with the Mech Elec fitout. We are about to move onto our next project at the Bloomfield Private Hospital development, the Bloomfield Eye Clinic on level 5, looking forward to continuing the great working relationship with Zauner.........watch this space more photos to come!
