01.01.2022 Its hard to believe that we’re at that time of year again, and what a year it has been!! The details of this year’s tennis Christmas party are as follows: Sunday 29th November 9am-11am... Main Tennis Centre (79 Colyton Street, Torquay) Due to Covid restrictions we are not able to have food platters etc on tables as in previous years. A sausage sizzle and dessert will be provided instead! Feel free to bring your own drinks, or the canteen will be open as well. Free tennis for those wanting a hit- bring your racquets and covered footwear! There will be a wet jumping castle too, so feel free to dress the kids in their swimmers and bring towels etc for after. At approx. 10.30am we will be presenting the 3 main awards (Most Outstanding Player, Most Improved Player & Most Outstanding Fixtures Player). I have attached an explanation of what these awards are. This year she’s outdone herself again with a special card and these two snowmen for our boys as a Christmas gift. Thanks to all that have been so generous towards us coaches. This new stream of Females in Tennis Camps are a nationwide initiative created by Tennis Australia’s Performance team. Hervey Bay will host one of 25 camps due to be run across Australia and we invite girls from all around the region to attend. The day will include both on court and off court activities, plus an information session availab...le for parents.
