08.01.2022 ~ These two workshop classes are for those that would like to gain a deeper understanding of general alignment, sun salutations, breathing techniques and meditation. If you've ever been in a yoga class and thought to yourself, I hope I am doing this right, then these two workshops are for you.... We don't often get to break things down during class, so these classes will be a fantastic opportunity to explore postures more deeply. You'll also get the opportunity to ask as many questions as you like. We will enjoy a gentle yoga practice during the workshops with a relaxation at the end. Get in touch for bookings
