25.01.2022 MERRY XMAS FOLKS from all of me here at Acheshifters! :-) Please note that the clinic will be closed on Decmember 23 until reopening on January 5. Come in and get those neck and shoulders treated before the festivities then at least you will know the headache you wake up with next week IS a hangover!... The come and burn off those Chrissy calories in the Infrared Sauna when all the turkey is gone. Remember: up to 1000 calories can be burnt in a 30 minute session!! 20.01.2022 Some of you already know, but for those who don't We have sold or house in Ferntree Gully and bought a place in Deniliquin NSW, so, after almost 9 years treating in Melbourne I will be moving on to work out of a fantastic clinic in Deni. The settlement date on our place is September 11 so get in quick to avoid the rush!

18.01.2022 Melbourne's weather has done it to us again! This week's storm flooded the clinic from the back door to the front door, and came in through the ceiling :( No real damage done though, and we are all dried out and ready to 'Rock 'n' Roll' as if it never happened. Thanks to Ross for helping out at short notice with the clean-up. On ya mate!

17.01.2022 'The mechanics of abdominal training' To ensure that you get the most out of your training, it pays to be aware of the anatomical mechanics that relate to the abdominal exercise you are doing. When you are at the gym punching out the reps, working up a sweat, have you ever wondered if you are really doing the exercises correctly? It is really common to see people working out, even experienced trainers, doing some of the exercises incorrectly. Now, sometimes this may lead to an injury, but mostly it means not getting full value for effort. 17.01.2022 Just like buses - no posts for ages then two come at once! Now that winter is behind us for another year, there will be some stiff and out of practice bodies undertaking Spring gardening, home renovations or maybe some long overdue exercise to shed a kilo or two in time for hitting the beach when the weather warms up. if it has been a while since your last treatment, get ahead of the game, come in for some preventative maintenance before you get stuck in and give yourself the... best chance of avoiding unnecessary soft tissue injuries. Bear in mind also that a session in our Infra Red Sauna is just the ticket after a weekend's hard slog on the tools, or make it part of your strategy if you are trying to shed a few kilo's, as you can burn up to 1,000 calories during a 30 minute session!

14.01.2022 Good news! Current prices for treatments and infrared sauna sessions will remain the same for the rest of 2014. Initial consultation/treatment - $70, then $65 after that. (providing no more than 12 months has lapsed since previous treatment) 30 minute sauna sessions - $20 if taken at the same time as a treatment, otherwise $25.... 10 session sauna cards still available at $200 Regular maintenance is the key, call and make an appointment for a tune-up this week

05.01.2022 Well, its been 6 months already since moving to Deni, am I'm loving it! I am not in Melbourne as often these days, but still keeping the maintenance up for a few clients. Thank you to all of my Deniliquin clients for supporting me through the move from Melbourne to Deni, I reckon I will be staying for the long term now.
