16.01.2022 Hello to everyone! My name is Duane and I’ve recently joined the amazing team at Achieve Exercise Physiologists . I was born in the Philippines and moved to Townsville in 2008. I have been living in Townsville ever since and considered Australia as my second home. I am both fluent in Tagalog and English . My first experience with exercise rehab was after a knee injury whilst playing basketball. During my rehab, I was given an opportunity to witness how each professional ...works and learn their capabilities on how to treat an injury. I was then introduced to Exercise Physiology during a year 12 trip to university. After that experience I was immediately hooked and decided to study Bachelor of Exercise Physiology . My goal as an exercise physiologist is to see an individual progress and achieve a better quality of life through exercise.
