23.01.2022 So you had a bad night and your cravings won. You ate some lollies , or the chips, or a chocolate bar,or maybe all of them. Do not give up. Do not beat yourself up and say "Screw it I give up. Remind yourself that you are worth being healthy, wipe the slate clean, and start over as soon as possible. Learn from your mistake, use it to teach yourself what your weaknesses are so that you can find ways to deal with them. You can do this!

14.01.2022 Tip for the week ahead - Be prepared for your day with a plan. If you plan out your day, you can fit in time for exercise and everything else you need to get done during your busy day. Get your gym clothes ready, pack enough food and water for the day to avoid bad choices. It's not as hard as we make it out to be!! I will continue to say so over and over again, you cannot out train a bad diet!!!

To get an accurate measure of your fat loss progress, always weigh yourself at the same time every week. Don’t just rate yourself on weight loss alone. Take measurements of your body, such as your waist, hips, thighs etc. and measure these at the same time every week. Also use skin fold measurements for a more accurate figure of fat loss. A gain in weight is not necessarily a bad thing. If you are exercising regularly, you can be gaining muscle and losing fat. But because muscle weighs more than fat, you often see in an increase in weight, but your body measurements will be getting smaller, indicating fat loss.
