11.01.2022 Regardless of announcements, regulations, restrictions etc, tomorrow is still an opportunity for improvement, next week is still a chance to get better, next month is an open door to a healthier you and so on. Flip it over, think about what you can do, instead of what you can't. Exercise like your life depends on it, because it does.
11.01.2022 Tuesday is BoxHiiT day! Boxing in pairs for fitness is still banned due to social distancing regs, so we've combined boxing, kickboxing and hiit without sharing equipment.

06.01.2022 Marysville Fitsocial was such a resounding success! We did have one slight "detour" on the trail which enabled us to hike over 18ks and just over 5 hours. I can't wait to do it all again. Thanks to our team and their partners/families for joining in and getting outdoors.
