Here's a few of the test measures and the gyms biggest take on each.... Bench 1RM: M-180kg, F-75kg Squat 1RM: M-210kg, F-120kg Deadlift 1RM: M-260kg, F-145kg Max Pull Ups: M-15, F-10 Max Box Jumps 1min: M-48, F-40 30sec Max Cal's: M-37cals, F-18cals Seriously so well done to all our members, the biggest take for us all on this, is we all have something to benchmark against and grow as we start the next block of training to improve and grow again.
