06.01.2022 Today I baked a couple of new treats. And as usual, I didn't have everything in the cupboard so I compromised. But if you've ever watched me cook, this is a regular occurrence. It drives my husband crazy This recipe is "adapted" from @sofievankempen so if you want the proper version head to her page. It's awesome.... But I am pretty happy how it turned out today and it's lunchbox friendly so that's a big win 1/3 cup raises 1/2 cup granola 1/2 cup choc bits 1 tsp cinnamon Pinch sea salt 3 eggs 1/2 cup coconut 1/2 cup olive oil 1 cup wholemeal spelt flour 1/3 cup coconut flour Bake @160 degrees for 25-30min Enjoy team #pt #healthykids #healthysnacks #easycooking #homemade #groupfitness #running

Well, to tell the truth, she achieved the goal, ticked the box and moved on. But when I suggested she start running with us her responses may be familiar to you:... I'm too slow I won't be able to keep up I'm not fit enough Etc etc First of all, who are you comparing to? The only person that matters is you. The best thing about watching someone progress is seeing their confidence within themselves increase. I taught Leanne that it's all about consistency. 02.01.2022 Adam has hit the 10km mark!! First time in 5 years Here's Q & A with Adam :... What have been your barriers since the last 10km and last week? So many things. We moved states, new jobs etc. What are the biggest changes you've made to accomplish this new 10km? Been a lot more consistent in my training. Since my 10km I was a little bit stop start and didn't really have a plan. I have been a little more deliberate and consistent in my training and progressing my volume. How do you feel now compared to then? I feel like I am enjoying the training. Having the Run Club has been a great way to meet people, find new places to train and drink coffee.
