25.01.2022 Was referred to this lovely client to prepare his house for painting and I suggested a freshen up of his hard surfaces. I knew looking at the property that the overall transformation would be dramatic and give the "wow" factor. Work involved soft washing of the house, rear patio roof structure, hard surfaces and a complimentary exterior window clean to remove water spotting. 24.01.2022 I was recommended to the owner of this house as someone who could safely transform its look in preparation for sale. The house, all exterior surfaces and exterior patio structure were in need of a restorative clean, however the paintwork was very delicate and flaking in areas. The owner was concerned that the paint would be "blown off". A Clean Approach was able to gently soft wash down all painted areas and restore the exterior surfaces. I finished off the job with an exterior window clean to remove any spotting. The owner was rapt with the work and couldnt believe the results. 21.01.2022 I had the privilege of cleaning this beautiful home for the owners. It was quite a tricky clean due to the years of pollution and mould build up with a lot of intricate sections that were quite difficult to access. The house was cleaned using a specialised cleaner with an anti fungal inhibitor and agitated using a soft brush before being softly washed. The flat surfaces were then restored to a level that matched the house. Overall the transformation was nothing short of amazing with some very happy owners. PLEASE LIKE, SHARE AND ENJOY.

17.01.2022 I was recommended to this lovely owner to give the exterior of this amazing home a clean due to a build up of red dust and soot from all the bush fires last year. It was starting to make the exterior of the home look a little dull and was in need of some TLC. The house, decking was soft washed using a low pressure treatment that helps to lift the dirt, pollution, mould combined with some agitation and finally a low pressure rinse. The owner wasnt confident that the companies would do a thorough job, while being careful with her home. After a detailed walk around with the owner to find out her needs and to make her understand the expected results and any concerns, A Clean Approach won the work. The stonework went over two ponds that were full of fish and water lilies. Work involved the soft washing of the property / polycarbonate roof / sandstone, pressure cleaning of all hard surfaces followed by an exterior clean only of the outside windows to remove spotting. With the original sandstone and house being built in the early 1900s with a newer extension that featured hand made copper siding, gutters and ornate light fittings.
