10.01.2022 To all my clients I hope that you are keeping safe in this difficult time. COVID-19 has affected everyone including my business in many different ways. I have appreciated your assistance and loyalty over the years.... I plan on riding this period of time out so that my business and the services I provide will continue. With this in mind, I have out of necessity, made some alterations to my business. These are in order to keep all of us safe and to conform to current government regulations. Please note that this might change if government regulations change. For the immediate future, the following applies: - Bookings will only be made at the request of clients. - I will only be providing external cleaning. To do this, all screens accessible from the inside will need to be unclipped or removed. - I will be providing a contactless service- I.e. invoice and payment to be sent electronically. No cash accepted. - Social distancing will be applied at all times. - If either I or my client is experiencing ANY symptoms of sickness regardless of how mild, the booking will be postponed. But now with government restrictions easing, and having personally recovered from gallbladder surgery, it’s time to focus on rebuilding my business. ... Please note the following health and safety guidelines are still being practiced in order to keep all of us safe and to conform to current government regulations: - I am now happy to do both internal and external window cleaning. However if clients prefer, external window cleaning only can be done. - I will be providing a contactless service- I.e. invoice and payment to be sent electronically.
