18.01.2022 Having a mind full of distractions during meditation is not failure but success (and also completely normal!). Failure would be if you didn't know you were distracted! And if we can simply let go of the thought and return to our breathing or word, then that is success too! Also, there is no "good" meditation or "bad" meditation, there is just meditation. We only have to turn up each day! How refreshing is that in this world of competition and drive for success. Thank you Sandy for this summary of the CD talk "Success and Failure".
