16.01.2022 In highly trafficked areas, non-locking grates can dislodge and pose a significant safety risk to vehicles and people. The grates selected at this service station do not lock into the channel. To mitigate the risk, owners had to resort to using bar bolts to stop the grates moving under traffic, but even after rectification, the bars pose a trip hazard.
