Your delicious potatoes will be ready to turn into hot chips in 3-4 months from planting . As a note, it's important to buy seed potatoes as opposed to super market potatoes. Certified seed potatoes ensure that they are not carrying any pests and disease. This certification also means they have not been sprayed with a ...sprouting inhibitor.
