18.01.2022 Hearing Awareness week begins tomorrow! But don’t make an appointment just because it’s the week for it - book an appointment because it’s worth it! Call Swan Hill (03) 5032 4646 or Bendigo (03) 4418 2820 to make an appointment at one of our clinics; Swan Hill, Bendigo, Birchip, Boort, Castlemaine, Kerang, Maryborough, Sea Lake or Woomelang.

18.01.2022 We are hoping everyone is staying safe. We are still open for those essential hearing needs, however, please remember to stay home otherwise.

16.01.2022 Just a friendly update for you all. We're open for business as per normal. 9am - 4pm Our team would like to thank you for you’re ongoing support during these unprecedented times. Don't forgot your mask and stay safe.

05.01.2022 We would like to announce that we are currently still running as close to normal as possible. Unfortunately we have to announce that the following sites will not be available for appointments until further notice; *Birchip *Castlemaine... *Sea Lake, and *Woomelang If you reside in one of these areas and require batteries or have concerns regarding your hearing or hearing aids, please contact us on (03) 5032 4646 or (03) 4418 2820. We have also made a few changes which we hope will help those in the community continue to hear as well as possible, for the foreseeable future. We understand that the majority of our clients are in the high risk category for Covid-19. Following all reports and advise, we would like to ensure that we will continue to provide a premium service to our clients with minimal contact, where possible. 1. For any of our clients who live in Swan Hill or Bendigo - if you are having issues with your hearing aid/s or listening devices, we are offering a pick-up and drop-off service. For example; If your hearing aid has stopped working, and a new battery does not "fix" the problem, call us. You will be advised to leave your hearing aid at the front door or in the mail box, from where we can collect it, repair it and return it for you. **Please note, we will not enter your home to provide services there as this could potentially put you or us at risk. 2. For our clients who do not live in Swan Hill or Bendigo, please don't feel left out, please call us and we will make arrangements to ensure that you can still receive maintenance on your hearing device/s. 3. Should any-one of our clients, in any area, of Australia, require batteries or cleaning/maintenance accessories for their hearing aids, please call and we will post them to you. 4. For all other concerns, please call us as we may be able to work something out. We apologise for the lengthy post, however want to ensure that everyone continues to receive their hearing care, whether they have self-isolated or would just like to avoid public areas at this time. Don't forget to leave a message, clearly stating your name and phone number should we be unable to get to your call in time, and we will return it as soon as possible. (03) 5032 4646 or (03) 4418 2820 We wish everyone the best of health and hope that we all come out the otherside with compassion, understanding and love. Nathan & Merryn Transton

03.01.2022 We are still running as normal. Processes have been put in place to protect our staff and our clients. If you would like to make an appointment, please call us on (03) 4418 2820 (Bendigo) or (03) 5032 4646 (Swan Hill).

02.01.2022 Even with many devices available over the counter there is still a good reason to come and see your hearing care specialist.
