16.01.2022 With this extreme heat today we will be monitoring the weather conditions. We will check the temperature at the gym at 2pm today and make the decision on training. We will advise all classes via FB and email.

16.01.2022 Attention Thursday Classes - Classes will be going ahead as the cool change is on its way. Coaches have been instructed to encourage more drinks, more frequent breaks during class and a relaxed easy session. Please note with this wind it is possible we will loose power in the gym, coaches will modify the session if this occurs. We ask all our families to please stay safe in these extreme conditions.
