16.01.2022 The moment you have all been waiting for.... CONTACT TRAINING RESUMES MONDAY 23rd Nov. =======================================... Things you need to know about the classes when contact resumes. These are only temporary while current contact restrictions are in place. We will be following Covid safe procedures: no training if you are sick, hand hygiene, and all equipment disinfected after use Pad work, drilling, and sparring will be permitted ========================================= What we are doing to keep things covid safe. ALL Member MUST bring and use a towel. No congregation before, during, after class. CHANGE ROOMS CLOSED. Get in, train, go home policy. 15 min window between classes will remain NO training if you are sick or come in contact with someone sick Extra cleaning and disinfecting of the facilities Every member or person entering the facility will have details recorded for contact tracing purposes.

01.01.2022 Australian Combat Sports Academy will be hosting the first Victorian Masters Boxing Training Day at since the lockdowns. Masters Boxing training day is a great day for boxers aged +34 and over to get some sparring rounds in and training with other Victorian masters. It's been a tough year for all and what better way to cap it off than with an awesome event like this.
