25.01.2022 Australian Disc Golf Championships had to be cancelled this year but it has been reworked into a virtual tournament that will have over 100 players competing simultaneously all over the country. Lock the date in and join the fun here in Canberra in November.

23.01.2022 We have lots of disc golf on offer this week as the year winds up. For the last two rounds of our season we have back-to-back events, Saturday at Eddison Park (meet at the carpark near hole 9) and Sunday at Weston Park (meet at the carpark near hole 14/15), both starting at 10am. Come on down and enjoy the conclusion to the 2020 disc golf season. We also have the Thursday Social Round at John Knight this week, we'll be doing a "shot variation" round. The rule will be that you... throw a different line or shot comparted to what you normally would do. For example, going around the other side of a tree, or throwing a forehand instead of a backhand. If you haven't played enough to have a normal shot, throw whatever you want! 05.01.2022 You can throw a disc... but can you throw an axe? Partnering with Axxe Canberra, we're hosting the 1st annual ACT Disc Golf Club's Discmas Party! It's a casual hang doing something other than disc golf, but still throwing stuff Club members only for this one. But it's not hard to become a member if you want to come hang out. 01.01.2022 The grass has been mown and the sun is threatening to come out tomorrow so get on and register for league day at Weston.

01.01.2022 The sporatic weather couldn't keep the keen bean disc golfers away this weekend with the Triple Showdown taking place. Three league events over 2 days spanning all 3 of our awesome courses in Canberra. Eddison park on Sunday morning gaves us much more favorable conditions than the crazy snow flurry shenanigans we endured on Saturday and the scores showed. Nick Mason shot a steady 6 under to claim the win in A Grade and Luke Mitchell smashed his handicap with a 4 over to get... the B Grade win. To John Knight Park after a quick bite for lunch and Nick was not slowing down shooting a smoking hot 16 under to leave the competition behind for the A grade win. Todd Smith started his disc golf career with the crazy weather on saturday and finished the weekend on a high besting his handicap for the B Grade win. Overall Nick smoked the competition being the only A grader totalling under their handicap and claiming the Triple Showdown win. Luke Mitchell also had a standout weekend finishing with a total of 151pts under his handicap for the B Grade showdown title. Next league day will be at Eddison Park on the 5th of September.
