25.01.2022 We've just finished another crazy busy week. The agents we work alongside just keep us so busy week in and week out. This is one of the many exits completed this week for LJ HOOKER CITY clients. Full interior clean and fridge as add on service.

25.01.2022 We were booked in to do a carpet clean only at this one bedroom unit. When we arrived the place was a mess and was not ready for carpet clean. Inspection was due at 2pm and we arrived at 11am. So our amazing and resourceful team got straight into it. We ended up doing full exit clean, carpet clean and rubbish removal as Tennant left everything behind.

They didn't want to spend the extra money, despite the fact we advised it would not pass inspection. This afternoon we returned to do wall wash as it did not pass inspection due to walls. The owner specifically requested agents to get our team into do clean and gardening again after vacating tenants did not do either upon vacating. We were faced with time restraints and rain late afternoon, but we were back 7am the following day to complete before tenants moved in. Owners happy, agents happy, new tenants happy

13.01.2022 Our team had a huge challenge. Clients had stuff in every room and area of the home, we had to return two hours later to allow time to get everything out. We returned and stuff still everywhere. Every wall was filthy. Every door front and back just as bad. There wasn't a shelf, cupboard or draw the was not heavily stained, full of hair or greasy.... We had an amazing team of six that we are so proud of. Everyone worked incredibly hard. The tenant was incredibly stressed as her family was being placed in another country through diplomatic status and regardless we did what we could to make it as smooth as possible. Mould is very harmful to our health and should be treated correctly, the room needs ventilation to prevent from returning regardless of the treatment it has been given, even when painted over.
