Vegetable sticks with dips such as hummus, tzatziki, beetroot, sweet potato... Small handful of unsalted nuts and seeds Fruit - so quick and easy. ALL foods in this picture have different health benefits and are FULL of nutrients that your body uses to function. These foods are quite calorie dense, so it is important to watch your serving size... however if added to a balanced diet, are TOTALLY FINE to have. MODERATION IS KEY!!
